    Lisa Do you know what causes the spleen and lymph nodes to swell. And why? What can we do about It. My spleen at times gets so larges it rolls under my ribs if I turn a certain way and causes so much pain. Sure would like to know a way to prevent this. From this artical sounds like maybe increaseing my H1.
